Gilmore Rees & Carlson provides three probate paralegals and one real estate paralegal to serve the firm’s clients. Our group of professional staff brings decades of experience to both estate and trust administration, as well as real estate matters. Our paralegals provide a high level of service through their everyday interactions with the firm’s clients. These individuals are skilled to answer a range of questions and aim to establish open communication throughout the legal process.
In the area of estate and trust administration, our three professional paralegals, under the supervision of our attorneys, handle a wide variety of estate and trust administration tasks. Their skills range from preparing and filing the required probate court forms to the preparation of estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns. They work closely with the personal representatives and trustees to assist them with the collection and valuation of assets and with distribution to the beneficiaries. The paralegals work alongside the attorneys as a team for the successful administration of trusts and estates, allowing us to render excellent services in a cost effective manner.
In the area of real estate, our full time paralegal works with our real estate attorneys to assist clients with a range of matters from preparing deeds, purchase and sale agreements and closing documents. Service and efficiency is always at the center of our paralegal’s approach to helping clients finalize their real estate transactions.
