Sidney Slobodkin is a Massachusetts attorney who concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration and charitable and investment planning. He works with families who own businesses and advises clients about the most practical and tax-efficient ways of passing wealth from older clients to their children and grandchildren.
Sid creates funded trusts, family limited partnerships and other vehicles to conserve property, minimize taxes and provide for the needs of older clients and family members with mental or physical problems.
