Bruce Bettigole has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning and administration. Bruce becomes a trusted confidant of the individuals, couples and families he counsels. He likes to listen before he speaks, and once having ascertained the client’s personal objectives, Bruce crafts an estate plan consistent with those objectives.

Bruce works with clients to implement sophisticated tax strategies including a wide variety of irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, shareholder and partnership buy-out agreements, and corporate recapitalizations. Bruce also structures appropriate gift programs and is experienced in navigating clients through Internal Revenue Service audits.

Outside of his legal practice, Bruce is an avid skier, hiker and (most importantly) grandfather. Bruce is based primarily in the firm’s Wellesley office, but also meets with clients in both the Providence and Franklin offices.
