Brian is an estate planning and estate and trust administration attorney. His experiences in both lifetime planning and post-mortem administration give him a unique perspective into the planning process, allowing him to skillfully advise clients, often working with them during multiple stages of their lives. He takes great care in listening to his clients’ needs and advising them through what can often be an intimidating experience.
Brian works with individuals and families on all aspects of their estate planning. Realizing that no one client or family is the same as another and that every situation requires a unique and personalized solution, Brian takes the time to uncover the unique circumstances facing each client. He does a great deal of work with clients within blended families; couples in second marriages; and families with children with special needs and circumstances.
Brian uses a variety of estate planning tools to benefit clients. In addition to wills and revocable trusts, Brian prepares sophisticated estate planning documents, including Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.
Brian is based in the firm’s Wellesley office and also meets with clients in the Franklin office.
