Brian T. Liberis

Brian is an estate planning attorney. His experiences in both lifetime planning and post-mortem administration give him a unique perspective into the planning process, allowing him to skillfully advise clients, often working with them during multiple stages of their lives. He takes great care in listening to his clients’ needs and advising them through what can often be an intimidating experience.

Brian works with individuals and families on all aspects of their estate planning. Realizing that no one client or family is the same as another and that every situation requires a unique and personalized solution, Brian takes the time to uncover the unique circumstances facing each client. 

Brian uses a variety of estate planning tools to benefit clients. In addition to wills and revocable trusts, Brian prepares sophisticated estate planning documents, including Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.

Representative Experience

  • Helps high net worth individuals to craft estate plans that minimize exposure to state and federal estate taxes.
  • Counsels young families, helping to educate them about the importance of wills and trusts as a safety net to protect young children.
  • Assists the executors of estates through the complex probate process upon the death of an individual. He covers all of the important details from filing the documents with the court, preparing estate tax returns and making final distributions in accordance with the will or trust.
